We got there 12 minutes before 6 pm, the cutoff for checking in, but nobody was there, perhaps because of the rain. They didn't honor our booking, and they didn't answer the phone despite our calls over the next hour. Priceline refunded us promptly and for free, since they couldn't reach the property either. Maybe it was some kind of personal emergency, and I'm sure the place is decent if you arrive early enough, but nobody ever contacted us afterward. With so many places in Karlovy Vary offering great service, I wouldn't try them again.

There was no proper heating in my room, just a small, noisy fan heater. That made the cold days, like this October weekend, really unpleasant.

The room had a fridge, the beds were fine, and the bathroom was big. It was cheap, but there were no towels, the glasses were dirty, and there was a strange smell.

The bed was great and the room was pleasant, so I suppose you get what you pay for. But the internet didn't work at all.

The kitchen was nice and had plenty of furniture, and the location was very good. Staff were good, though room service was average. They don't speak English 😉
