Jakub made the stay excellent, and the breakfast basket with warm bread each day was a lovely touch. The location was excellent too.

Jakub kindly delivered a generous breakfast each day. The luxury flat had gorgeous Bohemian crystal chandeliers in every room, plus a washing machine, a large elevator, and nearby private parking. It’s right in the middle of Main Street, yet set on a quiet side.

I paid in advance when I booked through Booking.com on March 15th for an April 26th check-in. Then, just one day before I was due to arrive, the property cancelled, saying it was fully booked. I’ve travelled extensively, and this was the most unprofessional and unacceptable service I’ve encountered. There was no proper communication, apology, or alternative. Avoid this accommodation.

Jakub, the boss, was kind and helpful, and breakfast came with hot buns, a boiled egg, and plenty more. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet despite the great view. It’s right in the heart of beautiful Karlovy Vary, making it a lovely choice for a long weekend. Highly recommended!

The landlord was kind, and the food baskets were a nice extra. The rooms were modern and clean, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere. Everything was fine, highly recommended :)
