Rezidence Sadovv

Great.

Sadova Residence is in a central spot, with all the sights of Karlovy Vary within walking distance. A lovely place with everything you need, and the host was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

The owner is very friendly, speaks German, and the villa is kept in excellent condition. It’s an old villa, presumably Russian-owned, restored beautifully and with real care. The bed has a particularly good mattress, and there’s even an elevator. It’s also not far from the city center, making it a real insider tip. Be sure to ask where your room is. The bathroom upstairs is modern, lovely, and well maintained, but the water pressure is poor, so you can’t really shower properly. That’s a shame, though it is what it is. If a good shower matters to you, it’s better not to stay upstairs. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend it.

This was our third stay, and we feel at home every time. We’ve had a different apartment on each visit and have always been pleasantly surprised. The rooms are all clean and beautifully furnished, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax. The old town is just a five-minute walk away. The host is always friendly and really wants guests to have a relaxing holiday. He checked in regularly to see if everything was okay and was available on WhatsApp for questions or requests. We booked treatments at the spa hotel next door and highly recommend them. It was a wonderful, tranquil stay. Thank you, we’ll definitely return! 👍
