We had a great time and would happily come back. We stayed two nights as four couples with babies, and the rooms had plenty of space and were comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, and we all enjoyed the food. We tried different dishes across the group over two dinners.

For a group of tourists, the price can be much lower, and a triple room is only 98 EUR a night. With that budget rate, I wasn’t surprised to see carpet stains and water marks on the bathroom ceiling. Still, the room was roomy and had a fridge, kettle, and hairdryer. The beds were firm but didn’t leave my back sore. Air conditioning was the one thing missing. Breakfast was tasty, with enough choice that I had no complaints. A reasonable option if saving money is the priority.

The free outdoor parking was a nice extra. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Kolín’s center, and the rooms are large and pleasant. Breakfast was good, and the hotel staff were helpful too.

The kitchen was more than awesome, and the employees were friendly and professional. I do think the rooms could use an upgrade soon, though. Hope to come back.

There’s plenty to see and good food to try in Kolin, and the hotel’s food is very good too. It’s also not especially far from Prague. A very nice hotel.
