The tea was good, and it was nice to walk around. Old 9 is better than the new one. The bar service was lovely, but reception was very affected. Such a striking contrast, it was kind of funny to watch.

The hotel is still great, and the people are nice, but the restaurant food has become horrible. Since the new chef, it’s been oversalted, burned, dry, and heavy. Even the beer tasted flat. This used to be my go-to place in Czech. Please make a change!

The golf course was in great shape, the weather was beautiful, and the staff were pleasant. I didn’t play, though, I was the main caddy! The course sits beside a beautiful castle with a park around it. I’d recommend a visit :)

This was my last game on a business trip. Navigation got me there easily. The clubhouse is an ordinary city house, with parking beside it, but the driving range is quite far away, so I didn’t practice. Reception is small, as is the proshop, but the staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. You’ll need to ask where the 1st tee is, and better signs would help. The course is beside a castle, so it can be a bit noisy, and it’s flat because it’s in the castle park. I was told the greens had been aerified and sanded, but they weren’t too bad, and rolled fairly well and quickly. I’d take that for half the regular fee ;) Big trees guard the fairways, especially on the front nine. Shots there are narrow, while the back nine is more open, so you can rip it. The signs seem to be a problem around here, since they were behind the greens again. The rough was a bit juicier than on other courses in the area. My signature holes would be 2, 17, and 18. Honestly, I liked it here. The post-game refreshment was OK, and the showers were nice. The restaurant was decent, with affordable prices too.
