The waiter got defensive when our Czech friend told him how outrageous the service was, insisting he knew how things worked because he’d been in the business for 20 years. Before that, people had received desserts ahead of their main courses, the pork ribs were frozen, some diners waited 30 minutes for food after others had been served, and we had to repeat our orders. There were other ridiculous things too, but I’ll leave them out to keep this short. After more than four years in the Czech Republic, this was easily my worst experience. I’m amazed the place is still in business.

The ribs arrived half frozen, and when we challenged the waiter, he snapped that we didn’t have 20 years of restaurant experience, so we wouldn’t know how things worked. The service was awful, and on top of that they insulted their customers. We waited 30 minutes just to place our order, then exactly 1 hour and 37 minutes for the meal to reach the table. My worst experience ever. This is about the restaurant.
