At Moser's, the rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. I also liked the pool, since I’m not a strong swimmer. The main downsides were lots of little insects outside our apartment, especially at night with the lights on, and the oddly expensive indoor parking at 10 Euro/night. You can park nearby for free, though, so that wasn’t a big deal. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Everything was excellent apart from the main door lock. Management could easily change it instead of scaring customers with hefty locksmith charges.

I don’t understand how it got a 9/10 on booking.com. The service wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. Towels are changed once every 4 days and sheets once every 7 days. The pool only runs from 12 pm until 10 pm, and I prefer to swim in the morning. The sauna is open from 5 pm to 10 pm, which is far too short. We also paid for private wellness, and it was the worst wellness experience I’ve had. The whirlpool was very weak, while the private sauna only reached 80 degrees Celsius. An open sauna is 120 degrees C, which is normal for any sauna. The extra 2000 CZK/€80 wasn’t worth it. Parking costs €10 a day too, which makes no sense when you can park outside for free.

The rooms are large, spacious and VERY clean, and it’s a peaceful place to stay. You can walk along the river to the main town in about 30 minutes, and there’s a restaurant across the road. The on-site sauna and swimming pool are great, and parking is secure behind electric gates. A great location for self-catering, and certainly worth a visit.
