The room had rubbish left by previous guests, a cold shower, and blown light bulbs. Getting there was a mess too: I spent an hour searching for parking, and by the time I arrived the host had gone, despite my calls to reception while I was trying to find a spot. So much for a 24-hour reception. 0/10, wouldn't recommend.

The price was incredibly low for a hotel right in Karlovy Vary's shopping district, and it was by far the quietest place I've ever stayed. We had a great time. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean, though breakfast was only okay and didn't start until 8:00 AM. There's nowhere nearby to get coffee earlier, so plan ahead or drink the warm spring water like everyone else. Also, very little single-use plastic.

For a budget stay right in the centre of Karlsbad, this hotel is a good choice. The rooms are nice and clean, and breakfast is good. It's a little cheaper than other hotels around, but still a great place to stay. Just note that there's no parking at the hotel. You'll need to leave the car farther away and walk about 10 minutes.

We really liked the cozy feel here. The rooms were spacious, the service was very nice, and the location was great.
