The hotel and restaurant staff were great, and the food was really delicious. The location is great too. But the room felt like it had been stuck in the 90s. There were visible signs of wear in the bathroom, and the balcony was in really poor shape. That was quite a disappointment for a four-star hotel.

Breakfast was great, with plenty of different foods to choose from, and there’s a parking lot for guests. The friendly staff made us feel welcome. Our room was bright, spacious, and clean, and the hotel is close to Lednice Chateau. Just keep in mind checkout is early, at 10:30 am, so you have to leave soon after breakfast service ends.

The servers were nice, but the food and organisation were poor. We waited more than half an hour just for soups, then an hour for the main courses. One dish came out wrong, but we didn’t send it back because we’d already waited so long and had somewhere else to be soon. The food was mediocre and the sides were cold, and getting the bill took a long time too. It really saddens me, since I’ve always had good experiences at restaurants in the Czech Republic.

The staff are friendly and helpful, pets are welcome, and the building has an elevator and a swimming pool. Our spacious room looked out toward the river behind the hotel. It’s a good base for exploring Lednice and the surrounding area. The restaurant could be better: we went for dinner and the food was clearly reheated. Breakfast is included, and it’s just OK.

I joined a Yoga Stay with a family of three. I was given a room with a stranger, and as far as I know the organizer had tried to get the three of us into one room but got no answer. I only found out after checking in that someone else was in my room, with no warning at all. I also have a casein (milk) intolerance. For a four-star hotel, there wasn’t much food choice, so I ended up eating the same meal during my two-day stay.
