Everything came out very quickly, and the food was tasty, especially the dumplings with cheese. There wasn’t an English or German menu, but they can speak German. A nice place on the way through Šumava.

November 2022 Back here again, five months later, this time sitting inside the restaurant. Everything is neat, just as I remembered. I ordered the double portion of “Šumavská bramboračka” for my main course today. Brilliant, every spoonful was a pleasure. Already looking forward to stopping again. :) June 2022 A very nice place to take a break, with good food and a reasonable choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I’ll definitely stop by again. Thank you.

A typical Czech restaurant with really nice service, huge portions, and fair prices. The goulash and svíčková were great, and you should try the ice cream too.
