The area is completely quiet, with Ještěd close by, and our room was cozy and clean. The small kitchenette was well equipped, there were plenty of sockets, and the dining table was fairly large. Our car was under a carport behind a remote controlled gate. The stairs to the entrance need a bit of care. A bigger wardrobe would help if four people are staying, though there's not really room for one. The fridge was occasionally noisy, but nothing out of the ordinary.
