We had delicious breakfast and a very peaceful stay. The accommodation was clean and quiet, the host was kind and helpful, and parking was in the yard. I recommend it.

We had a great night here with friends and would be happy to come back. The owner was really nice and helpful, even giving us advice about the tram and things to do. We were completely satisfied.

The rooms and guesthouse had lots of thoughtful extras: tissues, useful kitchen gadgets, board games, umbrellas for guests, and plenty of other details. The owner also tried to deal with the smoky smell in our room using an air purifier, which I appreciated. But the room smelled as if a smoker had stayed there, even though smoking is prohibited, and there was no option to move. It affected our whole stay. We also had repeated privacy problems. The owner lives in the guesthouse, and several times someone entered our room while we were out, without warning and not to clean. In the morning, the owner might greet you and chat through an open window, which isn’t the kind of contact we want. There were other uncomfortable little things too, like blocking access to the outdoor playhouse when it rained, and signs all over with rules and explanations about breakfast portions. We had to pay in advance, which felt unusual and suggested an odd, unfriendly approach to guests. The stay confirmed that impression. We can’t recommend it to people who value privacy and anonymity.

Room 1 had a beautiful view over Liberec, and the breakfast was excellent. The hostess was very helpful, and the accommodation itself was absolutely excellent. There’s a tram stop about 200 metres away, with a tram to the ZOO. When my family and I go to Liberec, we’ve chosen where we’ll stay.
