Jana made such a difference, she was incredibly helpful and nothing seemed like a problem. We had a lovely stay in Prague even with the rain. Check-in, the room, service, breakfast and check-out were all excellent, and the location is hard to beat. We’ll be back.

Those complimentary EV chargers in the car park are a real plus, and the evening sweets left out for guests were a nice touch. Breakfast had a good range of food, too. The room itself was okay, though the bathroom felt pretty small. Check-in was less smooth: the tablet setup gave us trouble with the room key, but the manager was kind and sorted it out quickly. We stayed for a weekend and would come back to Liberec.

I booked this place for the bedroom whirlpool, but most of its features, around 80%, weren’t working. It was basically just a bath in the room. The staff knew about the problem, so they shouldn’t advertise something that isn’t actually available.

The back garden was quiet and lovely, and we really liked the little teddy bear PYTLOUNEK waiting on the bed. It made the welcome feel extra sweet. We came for two days and had a great time: the room was clean and had a minibar, toiletries, hair dryer, iron, makeup mirror and shower. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh bakery items, coffee and tea you could make yourself, and plenty to choose from even late in the breakfast period. The staff we met in the morning were kind and helpful, and getting a late check-out at noon was a nice bonus. The price was great, self check-in was convenient, and the room opened with a card. There’s free parking, too. It’s in a calm part of town, a bit away from the centre, but that’s no issue if you have a car. One thing to improve: we couldn’t find the room number after checking in and had to look online, which could be hard for guests without mobile data. Otherwise, well deserved four stars, and we’d gladly return. Thank you for a lovely stay!

If sushi is what you’re after, I’d go to the city centre instead. This place seems to have built its success around its Japanese and sushi theme, but that’s already in the past. From the outside it doesn’t look very tidy or appealing, and I live nearby. Pytloun also doesn’t have a great reputation in Liberec. The location may suit some people, but there are plenty of better places to stay. There are lots of gypsies and other odd individuals around, which certainly makes a stay memorable.
