The house is in a great spot, and the ski resort is within walking distance. The rooms are stylish, thoughtfully designed, and have everything you need. We’re satisfied overall, even with one frustrating problem during our stay. We’re on our third night here, and the light outside our door still isn’t working despite our requests. The stairwell light is out too, so going out in the evening is really difficult. We have three more nights and will update this review if anything improves. When we arrived, the kitchen counters and cabinets were dusty, and the kettle was dusty and dirty too. It seemed like only the floors had been swept, with no dusting elsewhere.

It’s hard to beat the location, with the lake, restaurants, and local attractions all a short walk away. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay.

We had a blast, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. It’s great value for money, kid-friendly, and well placed for activities like bike rides, the tree top, kingdom of the forest, ropes park, and lake. The pool was a letdown. It’s described as heated, but it didn’t seem heated, or was kept at a fairly low temperature. Unless it’s a very hot day, you can’t really use it, and on a hot day you’d probably go to the lake. The shower also drained slowly, and the door didn’t seal properly, which wasn’t a good combination.

We chose this place for its family-friendly setup, and it’s great if you have animals or small children. There’s an outdoor playground and an indoor playroom open 9-18h. They provide a high chair, toys for the room, an enclosed perimeter, and a bed for little ones at no extra cost. The location is excellent, close to a supermarket, chair lift, and restaurants, with plenty of parking. The kitchen is fully equipped too. It’s such an inviting place that you’ll want to stay longer. We’ll definitely visit again.

The views are wonderful, and the fireplace adds a cosy atmosphere. The apartments have everything you need, with a sauna as a big bonus. There’s plenty nearby, and the kids can stay busy with swimming and lots of activities. You can get here from Prague by public transport. We’ll certainly be back.
