We booked five rooms a month ahead for a bachelor party. A week before, we were told the kitchen doesn't actually cook, which I can understand. But when we arrived, the staff were extremely arrogant. We booked the beach volleyball and tennis courts, yet they wouldn't let us play even a minute past our time slot, despite nobody being there after us. Their reason was that we'd booked a specific time. I don't see how anyone can run a business like this. Customer service was zero, and the staff were appalling. I wouldn't recommend going to this area. It's not worth it.

I was satisfied with the buffet breakfast, and the overall stay was a little above average. Dinner was a different story: the same menu each time, with about eight dishes to choose from. The sports activities were varied, and the setting was nice. The restaurant and hotel were in decent condition, though some areas, such as the shower, could use a small renovation. Housekeeping wasn't great. There was no hand soap in the room, the trash wasn't emptied for two days, and it still had things left by previous guests. The pictures show the breakfast buffet.

The sports activities were great, and they lifted my rating to two stars. Everything else at our corporate event was quite a tragedy. The restaurant was closed. You could only get drinks from a fridge at reception, and only until 5:00 PM. There wasn't much for breakfast or dinner either. In our room, the toilet paper was single-ply, there was no trash can left after the previous guests, and unlike the other rooms, ours didn't even have soap. It smelled like a men's hockey locker room, overpowered by chlorine from the hot tub.

We booked a private whirlpool with a sauna, but the whirlpool only worked in a strange way. It was a really unpleasant experience, and I don't recommend it.
