The lower floors and reception seem to be kept presentable, but from the third floor upward the place was a disaster. It was crawling with cockroaches and bedbugs, and I wouldn't rent a room there if I wanted to avoid taking pests home. Apart from a few exceptions, it felt like a house of horrors. I can't recommend it at all. The manager, though, isn't to blame for the state of this disgusting building, and she is fighting hard to deal with it.

I didn't feel safe or at ease there. The rooms were uncomfortable, and the place had a strong smell. There was lots of pigeon droppings on the balcony, and the shower had poor ventilation. It also felt like a hostel where you run into fellow Roma.

The room looked newly renovated, with clean white towels and bed linen. It also had a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and electric stove. The building itself looks rather unimpressive, inside and out, and seems to be from the Soviet era. It was probably a hostel with a couple of floors converted into rental accommodation. We were really glad the reception stayed open 24/7 and that parking was free.

There was some noise coming from another floor, which wasn't a surprise. The room itself was nice and clean, and otherwise I was satisfied. The building did feel like a house of horrors, though.
