The administrator returned only half the price after I complained. The room was dirty, with dust all over the furniture, little bits on the floor as though it had been vacuumed only every six months, and an empty bottle under the bed. I killed about 10 bedbugs in one night. It was too late to leave because reception was closed. I have screenshots from a video showing bedbug blood stains and rubbish under the bed. This is the most horrible hotel I've ever seen.

The rooms were clean, which was the only positive, but they were old and run-down. The hallway carpet was coming loose and could make someone trip. There is no elevator for rooms on the third floor. During events, parking in front of the hotel isn't available, and after searching for a long time, we found a spot 15 minutes away. If you like climbing stairs and walking in the rain, this is the hotel for you.

Everything was relatively clean, but I was disappointed. The receptionist seemed uninterested, and there was no information about where to go, apart from a banner on the wall between the first and second floors. You can hear absolutely everything because the built-in wardrobes serve as a door to the second room. There was no equipment apart from the TV.

The restaurant was great, and there's an unusual option to sleep at the stadium for fans, including Litvínov fans. The rooms were the highest standard I've ever seen, but it seems there may not be enough money for maintenance and development.
