We only stayed for one night, but left wanting to come back for longer. The manager even gave us a personal goodbye when we checked out, a nice touch. The welcome was warm and attentive, and we were impressed by the staff, the room, the food, and the hotel's general atmosphere. Our room was huge, with a fantastic bathroom and a roll-top bath. The hotel is in a quiet part of town. We enjoyed the three-course dinner, which was great value for the quality, and breakfast was lovely. The homemade bread was exquisite, so make sure you try it.

The food was phenomenal, from the homemade breakfast to the three-course dinner. I really enjoyed my weekend at Boutique Hotel Swisshouse in Mariánské Lázně. It has a cosy, welcoming family atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The location is convenient for walking into the town centre, yet the hotel sits somewhere quiet and green.

We stayed one night and loved it. The staff were warm, friendly people who knew how to treat guests, and the manager was especially kind and polite. At checkout, he gave us some biscuits, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was amazing: simple, fresh, and good quality. The bread was freshly baked on the premises and was amazing too. They welcome everyone and make you feel at home, whoever you are. We'll definitely come back when we're in the area. Thank you.

The gourmet food and the indoor playroom for kids were nice, but this didn't feel like a four-star hotel. The playroom wasn't very clean, and although the rooms were pleasant, no one cleaned the glasses we used on the first day during the whole week. A cat also wanders freely around the hotel. Sauna visits had to be arranged in advance, and dinner had to be ordered a day ahead. The materials and menus were in German and Czech, which wasn't very welcoming for English-speaking visitors. Staff seemed unconcerned about Covid-19: we saw no distancing measures or increased hygiene. Parking was tight enough that I wouldn't attempt it without a parking assistant in the car. The hotel isn't accessible without a car, has no elevator or wheelchair or buggy access, and nobody helped us bring luggage in from the car.
