Falkensteiner Grand Spa Marienbad

We left Falkensteiner Spa Hotel Mariánské Lázně feeling refreshed, pampered, and grateful after five wonderful days. We were there for my husband's 60th birthday, and the staff made a real effort to make it special. The hotel was elegant, spotless, and peaceful. The spa facilities were top-notch, the treatments deeply relaxing, and the food delicious and beautifully presented. A heartfelt thanks to Miroslav at reception for welcoming us and helping so thoughtfully, Adriana in the restaurant for her kind, attentive service, and Daniel from the Spa for leading a peaceful, enriching forest bathing experience we still talk about. I'd highly recommend this caring, luxurious getaway.

We had a perfect five-day honeymoon here and would love to return! Staff were friendly, and they all spoke German and English. Breakfast had hundreds of choices, from sweet croissants and granola to omelettes and fish, plus lots of juices, coffee, and tea. At the spa lounge you can also have tea and fruit during the day. The pools were lovely, with warm water, a whirlpool, and a saltwater pool, and the saunas were good. Dinner was different and surprising every day, and we loved it. You can also request different pillows, for warmth or back pain, for example. Marienbad is a cute town if you want to go out for coffee or shopping. The small center is less than a ten-minute walk from the hotel.

We had a wonderful holiday here with our dog and will definitely come back. A dog bed, bowl, bags, and treats were ready in the room, and there was a dog bar near the entrance as well as a place to clean up after your dog. The wellness area and massages were great, and there's a good fitness and gymnastics room. Everything was well organized, the food was delicious, and the breakfast and multi-course dinner were both excellent. The hotel was very well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The restaurant staff handled our dietary restrictions perfectly, and special thanks to Jiri, Romana, and Nikolaj for making sure the meals were safe and delicious. We also enjoyed the beautiful bar and library spaces, plus the live piano concerts. The spa was peaceful and professionally run, with a great layout around the spa lobby and pools. Everything ran smoothly, from a quick check-in and check-out to the reception, room, spa, and restaurant. The hotel's processes are well organized, and the staff work well as a team. Having water, tea, and coffee freely available added to the homely feel. We loved staying here, felt at home, and look forward to coming back.
