My family and I stayed for a therapeutic program from December 21 to December 28, 2025. We were satisfied with the stay overall, and I’m writing this as objectively as I can to give others an idea of the hotel. The location is lovely, quiet by the forest and still close to the colonnade. It’s a small, cozy place that feels almost like home. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The medical team was especially good: Yulia and Nikolai, the massage therapist Natalia, and the doctor were all very nice. Nurse Igor was unfriendly, unfortunately. Yana in the restaurant was warm and funny. The food was generally delicious, though not every meal was. Reception would lend us a thermos of hot water whenever we wanted to make tea in our room. There are a few practical downsides. The single elevator was very slow and only held three people. The carpets were dirty enough that vacuuming wouldn't be enough. Coffee was available only in the morning, though people wanted it at other times too. A coffee machine or coffee included in the room price would help, as long as it were available throughout the day. The menu didn't have much variety. Most baked goods were store-bought, though the items they baked themselves were delicious. Dish descriptions didn't always make clear what meat was included, especially whether there was pork. One dish described as rabbit had visible pork speck inside, and an “assorted meat roll” could have been anything. Our room's small corner shower was triangular and unsuitable for larger people or anyone with mobility issues, so it's best to ask about it before booking. Our first dinner, on December 21, 2025, was a letdown. The potatoes were undercooked and the fish had a strange aftertaste. I assume the chef wasn't on duty and don't blame them; from Monday onward, the food was delicious. The medical treatments were fine, but seemed more for relaxation and cosmetic purposes than serious treatment. Thank you.
