The red building in the photos isn't the hostel, it's the city hall, which is far away. I've added a photo of the hostel entrance. The hostel itself is one of the best I've stayed in: clean, spacious, and well equipped, with everything you need, including a small shared kitchen, clean bathroom, and large wardrobe. The rooms are arranged like flats that can be locked, which gives you peace of mind. Dania, the owner, was really attentive and messaged to check on me. It's also cheap, and good value for the price. Trams 2, 3, and 12 pass close to the hostel at a stop whose name starts with Stara something, and go directly to the center stop, Karolína.

The owner replied, "Hello, I have no idea why people from Litva have to always put some bad rated." Here's an idea: I read "Recepce 24 hodin denně" (24-Hour Front Desk) and expected to be able to arrive late. But after 10 pm, nobody can welcome late guests, even guests with children. You should make more effort to understand how people travel and how complicated a trip to your brilliant hostel can be after 1000 km. Good luck, and now I'd like an answer to this.

Everything was clean, quiet, and in perfect order. The lady at the front desk called on the day I arrived to ask what time I'd get there. I asked whether arriving after 22:00 would be a problem, and she said it wouldn't. An older lady was waiting for me, just as I'd been told. If I'm in Ostrava again, I'll stay with you. Thank you.

The rooms are simple and spacious, and the hallways and stairs were clean and tidy. The owner is family friendly and speaks English. Booking changes are handled flexibly, and it's easy to get here from anywhere. The new windows keep out heat and sound, so the place is quiet. Street parking is secure and doesn't cause any trouble for the car.

Barbara deserves a big shoutout for helping us with everything while we were there. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely amazing.
