Mnisek is a small town, and this hotel sits in a quiet part of it that’s still easy to reach. Prague is about 25 minutes away. There’s a good restaurant, tennis, indoor badminton, and other sports facilities.

The wellness area needs to be booked ahead because locals pay to use it, so you can’t just go whenever you want. If it’s full, with 20 people, they won’t let you in. Breakfast was also a letdown: only about three choices, no refills, and the eggs were raw. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My advice is to never go there and find somewhere else.

The staff are helpful, and the massage was great. Wellness was okay, but breakfast was bad. The room had no air conditioning or fridge, not even a spoon, and there wasn’t a water jug or kettle. The sockets were badly placed, and the hangers felt cheap.

The gift card mentions the restaurant, but when we tried to pay with it there, they turned it down. They don’t accept their own gift cards.

The restaurant was really good, and the service was great. The staff were friendly too. A very good place to stay.
