10/10
There are three separate rooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, so there’s plenty of privacy and comfort. The accommodation was very pleasant and clean, and the indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna are nice options for resting and relaxing. Our stay was absolutely flawless, a 10/10. We recommend it to anyone looking for quiet, quality accommodation.

The pool, terrace and garden were lovely, especially the beautiful view of nature with deer grazing. The location was okay too. The saltwater pool and jacuzzi were AMAZING, and because they’re covered, you can use them even late at night. We rented the whole building for our large family, but only found out when we arrived that there was a swimming pool store downstairs. That would have been fine if its office hadn’t been on the floor next to the rooms, where early morning phone calls carried down the quiet corridor. The rooms need replacing, especially the very creaky beds.

The interiors are modern, well balanced and nicely designed. Credit to the creator, architect and especially the interior designer. The owner was very friendly, and being close to the charming town of Nově Město nad Metují makes this a place I’d recommend.
