We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was beautiful, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Everyone on staff was friendly, polite, and helpful, and breakfast offered a wide range of well-prepared food. The quiet town is lovely, and the garden was beautiful despite the construction going on. An amazing, peaceful place. I'd give it 6 stars if there were even a tiny golf course nearby. ;-)

The service at Zamek Napajedla was excellent, and the hotel felt very creative. It's a beautiful, appealing place surrounded by amazing nature, with clean, fresh air.

I left without staying the night. At that price, the dirty, poorly maintained place wasn't worth it, and the pool had leaves and cookie wrappers floating in it. The building has a lot of potential, but whether it's the Covid recession or poor management, it felt like a semi abandoned horror movie set.

The old castle is amazing, with a gigantic garden and a pool. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were nice.
