We were worried about even stepping into the shower. My wife, our two-month-old baby and I arrived yesterday after letting the owner know in advance, and the room was in a completely unsatisfactory state. There was dust all over the floor, hair in clumps in the bathroom, and the toilet was dirty. We also found someone else’s hair and crumbs on the sheets. That’s completely unacceptable for a family with a small child. I can’t recommend the property, and I expect the owner to take steps to improve the cleaning.

I've stayed here several times. In summer it gets hot, around +27°, and there's no shade. In winter it's cold. The shower has repeatedly had no hot water, only cold, at different times of year, including April and September. The operator can't make excuses about the season.

We booked the place for our whole big family while we were in Neratovice for the graduation ball. The arrangements were excellent, and the accommodation had everything we needed. The location is ideal, just a few meters from the cultural center and the parking lot, with a nice restaurant downstairs. I RECOMMEND 👌

Everything was beautifully clean, and the owner was great to communicate with. I stayed for 14 days and everything was perfect. Thanks, I'd be happy to get in touch again if I have the chance.
