It’s odd that Google Maps groups the ice rink with the hotel. I stayed one night, and you’ll probably be satisfied if you’re not looking for high standards or expecting everything to be very clean and modern. There’s a large free parking area nearby, a fridge on every floor, a good breakfast, and you can arrive at any time.

The ice sharpening is worth five stars, but the building clearly isn’t being looked after. This could easily be a five-star arena, though it seems likely to fall into disrepair soon because of a lack of funding. It’s fine for skating and hockey, and there’s a restaurant upstairs.

Really comfortable rink, with top-level ice hockey services. The pub upstairs serves great food.

I stayed here for a hockey camp. The rooms in the hotel were a good size.
