I ordered a Caesar salad for 165kc and had to complain before it arrived. When it finally did, it was mostly iceberg lettuce and dressing, with maybe four pieces of chicken. The other ingredients seemed to be missing, or someone had eaten them. A complete flop. Never again.

The food took about 90 minutes to arrive after I ordered through the delivery service today. The fries were completely limp, the homemade tartare tasted sour and more like it came from a shop, and the burger meat was undercooked. It was a really bad experience, and I’m honestly worried about what eating undercooked meat might do to my health.

Their listed opening hours don’t seem reliable. They open whenever it suits them, which is pretty bad.

The hotel is great, with renovated rooms and plenty of other new features.

Everything was clean and tidy, though there seems to be an issue with animals.
