There’s plenty of parking behind the hotel, and the staff handled my vegetarian meals just fine. The food was really good, and the beers were amazing too. Rooms were clean and roomy, while the hotel has a cozy, beautiful feel. Service at both reception and the restaurant was quick. One of the best-looking hotels in Opava.

I spent about 8 days here and was happy with the stay from check-in through check-out. I mentioned at arrival that I planned to leave a day before my scheduled check-out, and the staff were fine with that. Everyone was courteous and helpful, including when they used their mobile app to order food for me from a nearby Indian restaurant. As a vegetarian, I also found breakfast good. They even waived my laundry charge because I was staying for a longer period. Those thoughtful little things made the stay more comfortable. Thanks to the reception, service, and breakfast teams.

Such a lovely terrace, and the food was really good. The waitress was incredibly kind and helpful. A real gem in the city.

A local pointed us here for dinner, and it turned out to be fantastic. The outdoor dining area looked gorgeous, and classic rock playing in the background made it even better. We had two drinks, an appetizer, two entrees, and two desserts. The beef carpaccio and svickova were both great, and the Panna Cotta was a lovely way to finish. We’ll definitely come back on our next visit. Highly recommend for locals and tourists alike.

I’m new in town and have already had lunch here three times in a week, which probably says plenty. The place is clean and well organized, the staff are professional and speak English, and the food and cool beers are both delicious. On a sunny day, having lunch in the garden is a nice way to break up the work-from-home routine. Looking forward to checking out the Wellness once it opens. Cheers, guys.
