The food felt fair for what it cost, though the location is part of what we’re paying for. The staff were friendly and nice, and we had a pleasant break between runs on the slopes.

The cheese was undercooked and the lemon moldy. The staff were super nice and replaced both without being asked, but these are things that shouldn’t happen. Prices are a little steep for Czechia.

The location is excellent, close to the ski slopes and the starts of trekking trails. I also liked that the hotel welcomes dogs, and you can rent a sauna. The rooms were clean, well kept, finished to a high standard, and had very comfortable beds. Service was very nice, and both breakfast and dinner were fresh and delicious. The hotel is at a very high level. I recommend it 100%.

The rooms are big, which works well for families with children. The location is excellent, with a hillock right outside. Hospitality was excellent too, with service and a smile. I’d especially recommend Jajiko and Dominic for their kindness while we were there.
