The rooms were dirty, and we found an empty vodka bottle and a glass with wine left in it on the shelf beside the sink. The price difference was eventually refunded, but by then the holiday mood was gone. We had contacted the owner before booking to discuss bringing our two dogs. We chose the larger apartment for four people for that reason, since Apartment 5 clearly wasn’t suitable for our two adult English Bulldogs. Yet we were put in rooms that didn’t match what we’d agreed or what we needed. When we called about being given the wrong accommodation, we got ridiculous excuses instead of a clear explanation or apology. It felt like our requests had been ignored, and the stay was a big disappointment.

The room was disgusting, and the owner's manners were just as bad. I was a guest with a problem, so I wrote about it. Why should it matter who I am? I’ve never had a hotel owner or staff member reply that way. The hotel smelled horrible, possibly because it’s beside a farm. The walls were dirty, the ceilings moldy, and the beds stained. There was Wi-Fi, but it barely worked. This is one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t recommend it and won’t be back.

Parking in the city can be expensive, and staying here also puts you near some of the best restaurants, including EL ASADOR, where I had the best steak I’ve ever had. There’s an aquapark, a jumping hall, and shopping centers nearby too. The hotel is right at Prague’s edge, away from the main traffic, so you can avoid getting stuck in the city and reach the center in about 15 minutes. My room was clean and good value for money. There’s free parking in the backyard, free internet, and a snack vending machine. I’d rather stay here than in the city, with its expensive parking and food.

The location is pretty good, with shopping and Prague not too far away. But there was mold, the walls were dirty, and the doors barely locked.
