I used to be a regular, but after problems with a blonde receptionist, I’ll look for a more welcoming pool and wellness place. From what I heard from other guests, I wasn’t the only one having trouble with her. She seemed to do everything possible to stop people from coming back to the wellness. I wrote to management some months ago and, as far as I can tell, they didn’t think a reply was needed. It’s a shame that one inadequate but protected person can cost the whole place. I also posted my criticisms on their Facebook page, and they "democratically" blocked me :-). I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The late evening check-in was one of the best I’ve had. The room was great, and the security man was great too. If you’re travelling to Wienna or italy near ottawa, it’s a good place to stay. Thank you :) I’ll be back :)
