The hotel has been renovated, but the furnishings feel cheap. Wi-Fi signal is weak, and housekeeping seemed disorganized. We had to ask for basic bathroom maintenance. Service was poor and, in my view, it’s not good value for money.

The place itself is nice, with only a few small flaws. The staff, though, can be unpredictable and inconsistent. I’ve never had a client-facing staff member behave so unprofessionally. David, I mean you.

Lunch was dumplings and a burger. The food was okay.
