When we got to the correct address, we had no way to reach the owner by phone, text, or Booking.com for 40 minutes. We hadn't been told how the keys would be handed over. The apartment owners then said there had been a mistake and offered us check-in at 7:30 PM instead of our 4:40 PM arrival, a delay of two and a half hours, with a 50% discount. We declined.
