The wellness and fitness facilities are a nice extra. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped, so they're comfortable for relaxing after a long day. The whole place has a calm, welcoming feel and offers a genuinely enjoyable stay with modern comforts.

The staff were always smiling and helpful, and everywhere you look there's something nice. Right in the heart of Ostrava, the location is good and quiet. My room was clean and perfectly sufficient.

We only spent one night, but the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was really good. The location worked well too, about 15 minutes by tram from the train station.

I've stayed here a few times while visiting the nearby company on business, and I've always been treated well and felt comfortable. The breakfast is a real highlight, especially by Czech standards, with a wide choice of food. For a work trip, I'd definitely suggest this hotel. The rooms are very clean, bathrooms included, and they're fine for a short stay. They're quite small and nothing special, though, and some rooms have a very weak WiFi signal. The hotel itself is quite nice, but for a romantic stay with your spouse, I'd look elsewhere.
