This was my second stay here, two nights during last weekend’s Ostrava V Plamenech festival, and this time was unique. I got the best room I could have hoped for, and breakfast was good too. No hidden costs, and everything went smoothly.

The location was a plus for me, quite close to Masarykovo náměstí, with a small park next to the place. But check-in was a bad experience: I was accused of possibly having a stolen ID. The room seemed clean, though the bathroom was worn out and rusty, with tape holding the fan device together.

The reception staff are really helpful, and breakfast was alright. The bathroom was great, and the rooms were spacious with really soft beds. The whole place felt like visiting your grandparents’ house, in a good way. Absolutely phenomenal hotel.

My room was huge, clean, and comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location’s great too. The decor felt a little dated, if I’m being picky. Breakfast coffee was truly awful, but everything else was great. 👍🏻

We’re having a wonderful stay, with incredible service. Our manager recommended the restaurant for dinner, and it was outstanding!!!!
