Room 601 had a very unpleasant smell, as if sewage gas or a backflow issue was coming from the toilet. The curtains weren't blackout curtains, so the room got very bright after 5am and badly affected my sleep. I had to use an eye mask to try to rest. The king-size bed I booked was just two twin beds pushed together, which wasn't comfortable like a proper king-size bed should be. The duvet also seemed sized for one person, making the night very uncomfortable. The breakfast was very nice, but that was the only positive part of a very poor stay.

We had to leave early, so we asked whether breakfast could be served 10 minutes before the official opening time. The hotel kindly agreed, and we were able to eat early. There was a great selection, and the quality was outstanding.

I stayed here on a business trip. Mold was inside the refrigerator, and a toilet smell from the drainage filled the whole room, so I couldn't sleep. The room was very outdated, and like others, the shower pressure was too weak to clean properly. The high price for such low quality was disappointing. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't recommend using it.

The rooms are spacious, with coffee and water provided. The TV and bathroom are a little dated, but very clean. It's a great hotel with friendly staff.

The rooms are warm and clean, though quite small. The hotel is in the city center, close to good restaurants like Comodor Mexican and sushi. I mention that because the restaurant in the hotel isn't very good.
