After a full day exploring, unwinding in the pool and sauna was a real treat. We were also welcomed warmly by Sandra at reception. She was kind and professional, and her recommendations made our time in Prague even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast had a varied, generous selection of high-quality food, served in a large, elegant restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and other public transport. I’d happily come back and recommend it.

The gym and pool were amazing, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is also well placed for the major attractions, and the amenities were good. We visited with my family at Christmas, though, and I wished there had been more of a festive feel inside. Some Christmas decorations or a piano with live music would have been nice. Still a very good hotel for the money.

The beds were comfortable and our room was quiet. We didn’t use the pool, but were pretty happy with the stay and would come back. Breakfast was a very comprehensive buffet, with a chef there to cook things for you, so there wasn’t much more I could ask for. We were there in winter, when the aircon panel offered heat but no cold setting. That suited us, and since it’s a digital OLED display, I got the impression cooling is probably enabled in summer. The restaurant is more like what we’d call a bistro in Australia. It’s about a 1 km walk to the main Old Town attractions. A pretty solid place, with no real problems for us.

The rooms are spacious and modern, with good facilities, and there are lots of places to eat nearby. One thing I’d change is the foyer tiles. I know they’re clean, but the pattern makes them look like they’re covered in gum marks. They should be replaced with something else.

After a long journey, the receptionist’s calm, friendly welcome made check-in one of the nicest I’ve had. Her personality was lovely, and she was genuinely welcoming. She mentioned she’d lived in the United States, which may be why her approach to customer service was so good. Thanks for everything. Lukas
