The old room was clean, and parking was free, but that was about all that went well. The Wi-Fi was slow. We had booked two deluxe double rooms and were instead given one room for four. Most of the bedding was missing, including pillows and blankets, there was no bin, and a string of beads took the place of a bathroom door. The beds were awful, as if they had no mattresses. No one there seemed to know a language other than Czech. When we arrived, they had to search for the keys so we could enter the house and room. They asked for cash straight away even though we had booked through Booking.com. We showed them the reservation, but they didn't understand what it was.

Be careful not to leave anything behind here, because you may never get it back. I think the people who run the place are dishonest.
