The rooms aren't huge, but they're clean and modern. Downstairs there's a quaint restaurant and bar that also serves as the breakfast room for guests who have breakfast included. It's a great hotel tucked into a residential part of Ostrava. Two changes would bring the service up to five stars for me: accepting cards in the restaurant and bar, which currently take cash only, and extending weekend breakfast beyond the current 7-9 schedule used all week.

The staff are really kind, and the breakfast had plenty of variety on all three days. Our room was clean and cozy, with a huge bed and a perfect shower. I'd recommend it.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were decorated really nicely. My only issue was the dust. The hotel seemed clean otherwise, but both rooms I stayed in needed more attention.

We were a large group, and two of the rooms had a terrible sewage smell. At breakfast, the cook had put a huge amount of nasty margarine on the toast.
