Breakfast was very good, but dinner was like average school food, and there was no minibar. Room service sounded appealing. We paid nearly 1600 EUR for three nights, and I don’t think the stay was worth the money. The hotel isn’t connected to the Aquapark, so you have to walk 200 meters. Even the top accommodation level only has one bed, while the second option comes with a creaky sofa bed. I’d much rather find a pension nearby and drive in.

The restaurant staff deserve a big thank you. We contacted the hotel restaurant ahead of time about food allergies in our family, and were surprised by how many buffet dishes we could choose from at dinner. They even made a special dessert for my son. It’s easy to assume an aquapark restaurant will just serve fast food, but this was a very pleasant surprise. Service and communication were great, so I highly recommend it. It would be a good stop on the way to ski in Austria or a reason to make a special trip to the aquapark. I’d like to come back for a night or two.

At night the view from nearly every balcony is lovely, and it’s really relaxing. It’s quiet most of the time, apart from guests like us who decide to be crackheads at midnight. The resort feels enjoyable and even a bit fancy, right beside the aqua park. Service was pretty good, and breakfast is highly recommended!

For lots of slides and swimming at Aqualand, book a room at hotel aqualand inn. It’s clean and new, and the prices are very reasonable.

The hotel and the surrounding area are nice, but the food at their restaurant, bar and cafe was SO bad and expensive. We had an amazing dinner in Mikulov city tonight for less than half the price, and the quality was ten times better. Better come by car, or you could spend all your free time suffering in the toilet. We might come back another day, now that we know where to eat)))
