We found it easy to sort out breakfast ourselves, with a bakery and small supermarket nearby, since the restaurant wasn't serving breakfast during our stay. The apartment was spacious and very nice, and well placed for all sorts of activities. In winter, the ski bus to the Javor lift runs every 10-20 minutes from nearby. In summer, the monkey park and relax park are right next door, and you can take the lift to Snežka when the weather's clear.

Domenika, the lady of the house, was both professional and very friendly, and the cook was the same. Service was so good that four stars would feel too low, though 4.5 would fit better. There were a few small flaws, like having no toilet paper holder. Nothing's perfect.

We had a comfortable two-night stay in the apartments, which were about a year old, nicely furnished mostly with IKEA furniture, and had underground parking. The floor heating took ages to warm the place. We also enjoyed the usual continental breakfast both mornings in the restaurant downstairs, which was Italian. The staff spoke excellent English if you don't speak Czech. Checking in felt different from renting a condo in the United States. We had to go to the first-floor restaurant for the key, and were told they only ran the restaurant. I'm not sure how apartment problems would be handled. We had a WiFi issue, and the person checking us in said she couldn't fix it. The room router just needed resetting, and then the default password worked. They didn't replace the towels either.
