The balcony was a lovely extra, especially for having coffee in the morning, and the kettle and coffee meant we could make a drink in the evening too. There’s a private sauna you can book for an hour, and I think the outdoor pool opens in summer. The hotel also has a huge parking area, so leaving the car was easy. We had a good weekend here. The restaurant is handy for lunch or dinner, breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and happy to help us choose. Fresh Kofola was a real treat. We did miss having sausages at breakfast, though. Our room had no shower gel or shampoo, and the spring mattresses squeaked quite a bit. Still, I’d give it five stars and could see it being a nice weekend getaway. There are plenty of sightseeing spots nearby, so it’s worth planning those ahead.

We went in for a meal. It looked nice, but after about 30 minutes there we still hadn’t managed to order. First we waited around 20 minutes for an English menu, and the drinks came very slowly too. When we were finally ready to order, she told us they had nothing available, no burgers, no potatoes, nothing. We paid full price for the drinks without even a discount and left.
