Apartsee Wellness Plzeň

The room had plenty of space, which was a plus, but there was mold in the shower. Breakfast was supposedly included, yet all I could find was dry cereal with no milk or anything else. I'd have rated it 3.5 stars if that were possible.

My parents went without breakfast on the second morning, even though they came at the usual time and hadn't woken up unusually early or late. There was simply nothing available. Breakfast had been fine the day before, and they contacted the hotel afterward to ask what happened and get an apology or explanation. They still haven't heard back. We bought the stay as a gift, but booking a weekend proved impossible. The hotel said every weekend date was full, while its own site and other websites continued to show rooms available. It felt as if, after taking the money, they were steering us toward less popular days so they could keep selling the more lucrative dates.

The location is awesome, check-in went smoothly, and the rooms were clean. The only issue was the towels: they smelled bad even though they were clean. They should wash them at a higher temperature 🤷🏻‍♂️. Bring your own towel and you'll have a five-star stay 🤣

The room and location were quite okay, but breakfast and the service left us a bit disappointed. They advertise breakfast, yet there was no coffee in the machine, no milk or yogurt for cereal, and no other food options. Before we paid, the service seemed fine. Afterward, we got no answer to our questions about the air conditioning switching itself on or the missing coffee beans. And when a guest says good morning, it would be nice to hear it back. I don't think that's asking too much.
