A modern, pleasant hotel that's easy to get to. Parking is limited, and you have to pay extra for it.

The rooms are large and comfortable, with big balconies, and parking was easy. Breakfast was exceptional for this price range. The city center is within walking distance. One of the best-value hotels I've come across.

The rooms are very spacious, modern, and comfortable, and there's a smart TV. Breakfast was perfectly fine too. It's a great location, close to everything you need in Pilsen, but right next to the road, so light sleepers may not get a good night's sleep. I had two bigger problems: the Wi-Fi barely worked most of the time, and the shower water was lukewarm at best, never hot. It's a good hotel, though for the price you might find something better nearby.

We stayed here over New Year's Eve, so I can't say whether that affected how the hotel was running, but I haven't had such a disappointing stay at a well-rated hotel in quite a while. Three stars at best. The first morning, we were woken by very loud sounds that seemed like renovation work upstairs. It turned out our room was above the breakfast room, and guests were dragging chairs across the floor. We heard it from 7am until 11:30am. After breakfast, which I wouldn't recommend, I raised it at reception. They said the hotel was full and couldn't offer a solution. I suggested putting padding under the chairs, which should only cost a few euros for the whole room and might have spared them this review. I asked again on the 31st. The man at reception said they'd do it at the end of his shift and that his colleague would know about the issue. It still wasn't done. If you're going to lie to my face several times, here we are. At check-in, the receptionist said the garage was full and we could only feed the meter outside. The prices weren't accurate: it was supposedly 390czk a day, but the meter actually showed 690czk for one day. We found a nearby garage where we paid 260czk for two days. Reception knew about it but didn't tell us, even though it's only a two-minute longer walk and certainly safer for leaving the car. The only good thing I can say is that the location is central. The staff were ignorant and lied, breakfast was bad, and the house was very noisy in a way that could have been fixed simply and cheaply. It was also very pricey for what we got. We'll avoid every branch of this chain in future and warn our friends and family about this business.
