Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague

The hotel was nice and very clean, with a spacious, comfortable room and comfortable beds, though the rooms may seem a little dated. The old town is a short walk away, if you don’t mind walking. One thing that bothered us was being charged for bottled water in the room. It says the tap water is drinkable, but I think a 5 star hotel should at least provide complimentary bottled water. We didn’t use anything else, though I suspect we might have been charged. As a side note, some places in Prague even charge for mayo or ketchup with meals.

We stayed in the cosmopolitan suite, which was delightful, with ceiling windows and a separate sitting area. The hotel exceeded our expectations, with very clean rooms, wonderful front desk staff, and a superb breakfast buffet. It’s close to the old town and all the main tourist spots. Highly recommend it if you want a luxurious stay in Prague.

Getting to the main attractions was easy on foot, and tram and bus stops are just a couple of minutes away. Breakfast had an impressive range of choices, and the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. Check-in was quick and seamless. Our room was spotless and well maintained, with comfortable bedding and a shower with excellent pressure. One small suggestion: bedside tables with drawers would be more convenient. We had a very pleasant stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague, and I highly recommend it.

We spent 5 days here and the service was elegant, professional, and top notch. Housekeeping was spot on, breakfast was warm and delicious, and the hotel looks beautiful, modern, and new. It’s right in the center, just a 1 minute walk from the Palladium mall. There’s a sauna and a well equipped gym too. Exquisite, I wish I could give you more stars. Definitely recommend.
