The staff were very courteous, and breakfast was a nice continental spread. You could also get fried or scrambled eggs, along with coffee and a wide choice of teas.

We were only passing through the country and wanted somewhere quiet to rest, so this small hotel suited us perfectly. The owner suggested a big dinner with bears at the nearby brewery Kozlovna. Breakfast was wonderful, with plenty to choose from, all fresh and tasty. The spacious room was clean and comfortable, and even had a little sweet treat on the pillow. The place feels homely, with interesting pictures and clocks on the walls, and the owner made us feel respected and important with truly amazing service. You ring the bell to get in, and the owner lets you through to this safe, clean haven. We left feeling rested and well looked after, almost like royalty. Why is it only a 3 star hotel? We were very satisfied, would come back, and would recommend it to all our friends. Five stars from us!

After I booked, the manager got in touch right away and was very helpful. Breakfast was included, and the rooms were clean, decent, and huge for what I paid.
