We ended up here after the apartment we'd booked turned out to be a scam. We arrived in the evening at the desk with two kids on the verge of a breakdown, and the staff were incredibly kind. They didn't rush us or complain about the overtired children. The rooms were spacious, though the bathroom was tiny and the shower had a very odd shape. We saw a sign saying the hotel is still being renovated and that they're trying to make it as nice as possible, which you could tell. It's not far from the city center, but the several „sauna clubs“ on the street made passing them with our kids uncomfortable. I'd say it's a good, cheap hotel if you're not traveling with little kids.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast had a basic continental spread with a few hot dishes. We were only about five minutes from the busy main streets, which made the location handy. Our room was better than I expected, though it had a bath and no shower curtain. For what we paid, it was a good choice.

The reception team, especially Don and Andrey, were legends. The hotel is well kept, the staff are really friendly, and the location is perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Prague. 10/10 ✌️

The hotel is close enough to the city center that we didn’t need a car. Inside, it felt cozy and comfortable, almost like being at home. My room was snug, and the reception staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming.
