The location worked really well, with a metro station served by the green and red lines nearby and a supermarket there too. The main avenue was a five-minute walk away. We were visiting Prague as a couple for the first time, and the apartment matched its pictures. It was clean, felt new, and had everything we needed, even a small vacuum cleaner. We were on the third floor, where the metro noise was barely noticeable. The shower had great pressure, the central heating and air conditioning were comfortable, and the bed and huge pillows were very comfortable. Reception is open 24/7 and helped us check in. Next time, this will be our first choice.

The apartments are compact and convenient enough for a 4-5 day visit, though they're not the best, and the view depends on which room you book. The kitchen has a microwave, oven range, fridge, and dishwasher, but just one frying pan and one pot. With no baking dishes, I'm not sure what you're meant to do with the oven, and proper cooking would be difficult. There's a washing machine but no drying function, so clothes need to air dry. In winter that's a hassle, though the radiators do a good job of drying them. The beds are terrible and the amenities are poor quality. I'd suggest more utensils and a footstool, since all the cupboards and shelves are high even for a normal person.

The receptionist was really helpful, and the rooms are spacious. My only issue was how far the hotel is from the main train station. It's about a 10-minute walk, so be ready for that if you're carrying heavy luggage.
