The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, which is great if you like a calm atmosphere. Trams and a metro station are close by, and it takes around 20-25 minutes to get to the very center. Street parking is paid on weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00, or you can pay extra to park in the courtyard. The courtyard and its entrance are very narrow, so I'd suggest street parking if you have a large car or aren't an experienced driver. This was my first visit. The reception staff were pleasant and kind, and you can see the recent renovation in the furnishings and shared areas. The blackout curtains worked really well and made the room completely dark. Breakfast was enough for the price and what you'd typically find in this location. I only missed fresh salmon or other fish. The big drawback was the soundproofing from the hallway, which was nonexistent. Every corridor door closing sounded like it was in my room. Closing the room door might theoretically help, but we didn't try it since we stayed just one night. Thanks, and I'd be happy to return on a future Prague visit.

We booked through Airbnb, where the listing clearly said the place was pet-friendly and didn't mention a pet fee. At arrival, staff said dogs weren't accepted and suddenly asked for 500 CZK per night. Management only changed its position and let us stay without paying after we mentioned contacting Airbnb. Then, at checkout, they tried to charge the fee again. The listing also promised a fridge, but there was only a hotel-style minibar that we weren't allowed to use. The whole experience was inconsistent and unprofessional, and the staff's attitude caused unnecessary stress and frustration. The online information was misleading and didn't match reality. Not recommended. I stayed as a guest and also interacted as an Airbnb host. Updating the pet policy on the Airbnb portal takes just a couple of clicks, so the reply is simply not accurate. Please see the screenshots below, one taken when we arrived and the other today. I understand the account may have been closed after a complaint, or possibly because of multiple concerns raised about your service.

The room was nice, and the breakfast was really good with lots of variety. The old centre is about 25-30 minutes away by tram. If you don't have a parking spot, you can park on the street, but you'll need an app to pay 1.5€ per day.

I only stayed one night while passing through Prague and booked a single room. It was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and amenities including a TV and electric kettle. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. I had an early checkout, so I asked to start breakfast early. They arranged a full buffet in the restaurant before the usual time, not just a packed breakfast. I was in room 307. Hotel Aida is in a residential part of Prague that doesn't feel particularly hotel-like, about 1.5 kilometres from a metro station. Comfortable stay, good breakfast, and nice staff. Recommended.

Everything was fixed up well, and the hotel feels clean, cozy, and beautiful. We liked it so much. The welcoming, sweet staff really completed the stay. You can feel the teamwork among everyone involved.
