They let us keep our luggage somewhere safe after checkout until it was time for us to leave Prague, which was really helpful. The location was excellent, staff were attentive and friendly, and the place was clean. Everything was wonderful. We only expected to find hand soap by the sink in our room.

The room was fine, though not quite what I expected, and reception wanted to charge €5 for a pair of slippers, which struck me as odd. The staff were nice, breakfast had plenty of options, and the hotel apartment is in a very central part of Prague. A good choice if being right in the center is what you want.

The Wi-Fi was really poor, almost useless. The hotel itself is nothing fancy, but the quality for the price is pretty good. The apartments are spacious, with a kitchen and bathtub, and the staff are very nice. You're close to the city center and plenty of public transport, so it's easy to get around. The downside is the very touristy street, which stays noisy until around 23:00 to 24:00. Breakfast was much like elsewhere, neither good nor bad.

The place is very central and convenient, but the reception staff were rude and made the stay extremely annoying. They wanted an extra charge for every little thing. We left the room clean with only a few dishes in the sink, yet they made us go back upstairs and wash them, or pay an extra €50. There wasn't any soap in the shower either. Aside from the location, it was crap.

The room was comfortable and very clean, with everything we needed. The hotel itself was clean and easy to find, and the location was really good. Staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. Breakfast had a wonderful selection and tasted great.
